Finger painting is a great way for children to explore, learn and develop
through sensory play. When children can feel the cool, squishy texture of the
paint and experiment with color and patterns, it encourages their
creativity. It's also a good way for children to express emotions. Check out this

The pumpkin decorating competition is underway. Our teachers are very creative and did very well this year. Please vote for your favorite by the end of drop-off on Friday!

Our Toddler 1 class loves to get messy with paint! Today they created bats made from coffee filters. They loved dipping their hands in paint & swiping them around on the filter. Thanks to Ms. Iyana for helping to instill an early love for the arts!
Research shows that outdoor play and exploration increases children's creativity and imagination; enriches their opportunities to make decisions, solve problems, and cooperate with others; improves reasoning and observation skills; and has positive effects on their ability to focus and pay attention.
