This week preschoolers went on a sweet and crunchy adventure! This hands-on experience wasn't just fun, it was full of learning too. After choosing their apples, they returned to their classrooms and discussed the life cycle of apple trees, learned the different parts of apples, and even got to keep a few seeds. After, our teachers sliced up all the apples and our preschoolers were able to enjoy crisp slices with Sunbutter for their afternoon snack. Yummy!
